  The recent service of our 2014 Grand Cherokee at Napleton Northlake was beyond doubt the most professional and effective of all service appointments that we have experienced, anywhere, anytime. The credit for the amazing experience goes to our service manager, Aaron Kilian. Like the conductor of an orchestra Aaron coordinated our extended warranty with the maintenance needed. Having owned Lexus, Mercedes and BMW we can honestly say that while the service at those dealerships is typically excellent, none, quite candidly, match the professionalism, attention to detail, customer care and excellence as we have witnessed on multiple occasions with Aaron. He is absolutely amazing. Aaron is backed up by well qualified technicians who in every instance with our vehicle have thoughtfully analyzed, repaired and fully corrected the problem. 5 stars to an excellent dealership.
