  First of all the guy that arrived to tow my car was very unprofessional and did not know what he was doing at all. He seemed to be under the influence. Aside from that he was also trying to charge me extra for no reason, yet did not know how to put my vehicle in neutral and did not like it when I showed him the correct way. Will not be using this service ever again, anyone who uses this company--YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
  
  I needed up calling Kauff's Transportation and they were amazing compared to this other company! The tow truck driver knew EXACTLY what he was doing and arrived shortly. I'd rather pay extra for BETTER SERVICE!
