  Beetter than CVS Pharmacy. They keep a decent stock of medications on hand to service the needs of its customers with minimal recorders that the customer has to wait on. In the event your particular medication isn't in stock, Walmart pharmacy can tell you when it will be in (which is always faster than CVS Pharmacy) a much shorter wait time. So far any scripts I have submitted for myself or loved one's, can be filled and available for pick-up within the same day. The only con is they could use another employees to help move the line faster, but concerning the number of staff that is generally present, the wait to be service is doable.
